Am I the only one getting a blur effect on the whole website, no matter what browser, ISP, etc., I use?
Probably because it says that it begins on the 17th
The whole website does it.
It does that to me too, but then it loads ok after a minute. I figured it was just my connection.

Morning. I see it too. Just scroll all the way to the end/ bottom of the home page and the blur goes away.

Scrolling to the bottom of the page didn’t work for me, nor did just waiting. [And now DNS doesn’t even resolve if I use an out-of-the-US VPN.]
Maybe I’ll just squint. 
ARRLSTX website blurry.
The site opens quickly but is blurred because the page is still loading. You can see the progress in the spinning wheel in the browser tab. I believe the site caching is turned off at present so changes to the site are reflected immediately. Let’s give the developers a little time to complete updates and then they will re-enable site caching.
