For anyone in Texas that might be interested, there is a quarterly ETO (the folks that run WinLink Wednesdays) exercise this coming weekend! The details are going to be announced to the group in the morning, but I am part of the P2P committee, so I am posting it to all of STX ARES early! There is a WL2K component, as well as an optional Peer-To-Peer component. Operation “Incoming” simulates a ‘near earth object’, with only a short notice, is foretasted to impact portions of the earth.
