I think 147.00 + is the active frequency. The NARS 146.66 may be in use.. I don’t think anybody is using 146.94 for any health and welfare traffic
At least I haven’t heard any over in my area with the band being slightly open… And FYI there is a hamfest in Texas City Saturday..

My wife and I will be down in the Surfside Beach/ Freeport area over this coming weekend. I’ll be doing aerial damage assessment for the Village of Surfside Beach’s Mayor using drones.
What repeaters are being used, that I could monitor while I’m there? Obviously I won’t be interfering with any disaster response traffic.
