Trevor Riggen, Senior Vice President, Disaster Cycle Services, American Red Cross, and ARRL President Rick Roderick, K5UR signed a renewed MOU between the ARRL and The American Red Cross.

Thanks Keven for the update, but I don’t think its a two way street since the Red Cross Chapter here in Kerrville has our club locked out of the building for meetings and station operation. We have been locked out for just about a year now and this has really damaged our club, as well as our drawing in new hams through the VE program.

Yes, all our offices are closed currently due to the virus. Like you I am more than ready to get back to a new normal.

Let us take this off list, and let me loop in Jacques Dubose (Executive Director of Hill Country Chapter which is HQ in Kerrville) and Terry Hipskind W0HIP (Kerr County ARES EC and the DST lead for Hill Country Chapter) and see when they guestimate the light at the end of the tunnel will be and what alternatives we can drum up in the mean time.
