Got it.
Sent Dom pics of a trailer and an example trailer from the web with equipment list. We should look that over and see where we want to start. If we can get David to send us a successful proposal for a grant, we could tailor one like it with the equipment we want. Perhaps the trailer could be equipped with a GMRS repeater, and parked somewhere useful with not deployed.
