Rik was the Region communications lead for Central and South Texas Red Cross, and previously RACES officer for the Capital District. Now Geographic Information Systems - ESRI RC View expert in Texas.
He has been the information and planning lead for Red Cross COVID-19 response since we began repatriating citizens from China early this year, and has continued in that role to today.
