Welcome to Hurricane season, but spring storms still have their grip. I have to hit the road, but here is a quick out on the weather.
West Texas folks - I have learned this about Richard, he stays close to National Weather Service predictions. If he varies he is generally on the money. So I would review that part carefully.
We still have approximately 80 folks in Non-Congregate shelter over the holiday weekend. Most in the Deep east Texas area.
