The attached exercise provides good Winlink practice. This exercise occurs each Wednesday so mark it on your calendars. Please not there is a new version of Winlink Express so be sure to update your software.

You are correct. No forms are used for the NTX NVIS Winlink Wednesday exercises except for the third Wednesday of the month, in which they use ICS-213. Please sign up for their groups I/O to get the latest information.
Also, the Emcomm Training Organization (ETO) does Winlink training every week. Here is the link: https://emcomm-training.org/. Click on Winlink Thursdays. Even though it says Thursday, the exercises are posted the previous Saturday, and you have until the following Friday to complete the exercise. These exercises can be more involved and cover many of the forms in the Winlink Template folder. The instructions are very detailed and will guide you step by step through the forms. After submitting the forms, they will critique it and send you feedback.

I’ve done many Winlink exercises over the past couple of years, but this is the first time I’ve used the RMS Post Office mode. I’m unfamiliar as to how this differs from say the RMS VaraHF or FM modes. Unfortunately there is nothing in the Winlink help section that explains this.
