Before I clicked send, my entries all changed to somebody else. I fixed it and sent it
but afterwards down at the bottom it indicated that it went to people in LA. Check
carefully and back out/start over if that happens to you.

You should be using the original email sent in the bulletin, not the forwarded email from anywhere else. That may solve a few of the issues.
